excellent stay at excellent hotel
helpful staffs free cappuccino great breakfast
the staffs kindness and helpfulness were excellent from reservation to checkout. michelle made good suggestion for local tourism. i found the unlimited free cappuccino variations a great perk. the breakfast provided was more than i could hoped for with lot of variety.
the outdated room had a bit of tired feel, and there were worn out hall carpets. i also noted some peeling paint.

the lobby is beautifully decorated, and each floor conveniently offers snacks like cookies or fresh fruit and coffee. guests can enjoy these amenities anytime, which adds a touch of home comfort.

the hotel provides easy access to many destinations by foot and train. many shops and convenient stores are located close to the hotel. the active park across the street is very beautiful.

helpful staff lovely view easy access outdated room worn carpet missing lighting
The staff was VERY helpful. I got upgraded to a balcony room! The view was really lovely. The hotel is close to the metro, so it was easy to get around.
The room felt a bit outdated! I noticed the carpets in the hallway were worn. The communal carpeting looked worn too. The lighting was a little annoying. There wasn't any overhead lighting

Chic and charming stay
friendly staff comfortable bedding nice touch
The staff was VERY friendly at check-in and during breakfast. the room had comfortable bedding with wonderful pillows, and the quilt was also amazing. I slept wonderfully both nights. A help-yourself tea and coffee point was a nice touch.
The room was very warm, difficult to sleep.

The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, with a great mattress and pillows. There was also complimentary coffee, tea, and sweet biscuits available at all hours. Its location is very convenient, only three blocks from the metro.

best croissant many pillows
I stayed in a beautiful double or twin room balcony. It was fantastic! breakfast really impressed me, i found some of the best croissants ever. the bed was also superb. It had many pillows!
The main reason for all the good reviews is the location. Though, the hotel charges too much for an outdated room.
